CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the option to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Beyond this period, the cost of one night’s stay (including taxes) will be automatically charged to your credit card. Any changes to your reservation must be communicated to the hotel at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any modification, regardless of the reason or circumstance.
PARCEL HANDLING POLICY
We allow the storage of packages for a few days without applying any storage fees, whether for incoming or outgoing luggage.
CURRENCY POLICY
Our standard currency is the Canadian Dollar, and we can facilitate currency exchanges with applicable fees. Payment via credit card is typically the method to secure the best exchange rate.
SMOKE-FREE POLICY
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking, including on the room’s outdoor balcony.
PARKING POLICY
The parking rate per vehicle per night is $25 CAD + taxes. Our parking has a maximum allowable height of 1.68 meters (5’6”). If your vehicle exceeds this height or if our parking is full, we will suggest using an off-site parking facility.
PET POLICY
The fees per pet per stay amount to $100 CAD + taxes.
- Pets are allowed in the rooms and hallways only.
- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per room (dogs or cats). Dogs and cats must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier in the hotel hallways.
- Dogs and cats must be in good health, well-behaved, clean, and up to date on their flea treatments. Certain types of animals are not accepted, including but not limited to snakes, lizards, mice, hamsters, and ferrets.
- Room cleaning will be performed only if you are present in your suite with your pet, or if your pet is absent from the suite. To arrange the cleaning time, please coordinate with the Reception, and this time will be maintained throughout your stay.
- Your suite will be inspected to check for any damage that occurred during your stay. Hotel 2170 Lincoln Inc. reserves the right to charge cleaning fees if deemed necessary. To inquire about the status regarding such fees before leaving the hotel, please contact the Reception to arrange an inspection of your suite before your departure.
- Additional cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card in case of disruptive behavior, excessive mess, or damage to the hotel’s common areas.
- We encourage you not to leave your pet unattended in the room. If necessary, please inform the front desk and provide a contact number.
- We request that noise be kept to a minimum, as barking and meowing can disturb other guests.
- Under local and municipality pet regulations, please ensure you pick up your pet’s waste at all time. Additional pet waste bags are available at the front desk.
